Sparkling Amber Dry Malt Extract is a rich, malty, and caramel-flavored extract that is excellent when used alone or with specialty malts for extract brewing. It is also well suited for boosting gravity and color adjustment in all-grain beers. Great for slightly darker beers. Made from base malt, caramel malt 60°L, and munich malt. Color: 10.0°L.
- Highly fermentable (75%)
- Adds 42 points per gallon (1lb extract to 1 gallon, i.e. 5lbs in a 5 gallon batch would yield 1.042 Starting gravity)
